Return Policy

How can I replace a product that I purchased?

If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred during the shipping process or if you received a different product than what you ordered, all you have to do is contact customer service at +966555189186 or send an email to lodrbeautiful@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What is the deadline for replacing a product?

Lodor Beautifull provides its valued customers with a 24-hour period from the date of receiving the order to replace the products, and the product must be in its original sealed packaging. Considering the need to ship the item inside a Lodor Beautifull box.

Can I get a refund for the amount I paid?

We provide our valued customers with a service to refund the amounts they paid if they received a damaged product from the shipping process or if they received a different product than what they ordered, by replacing it with purchase vouchers of the same value, or we allow you to replace the products you purchased for free, as we will cover the costs of returning the product and shipping.

This method allows you to purchase another product of the same value. For example, if you paid 100 SAR to buy a product, we will issue a purchase voucher worth 100 SAR as soon as you return the product.

In case you wish to return the product, you can request a return and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

In case of a return, it can be requested within one day of receiving it, through customer service on WhatsApp, and the amount will be refunded to your bank account after receiving and checking the shipment.
