The company’s list of shareholders includes many prestigious institutions that have extensive experience in the financial services sector in the Kingdom. It is initially supported by the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector, member of the Islamic Development Bank Group, the Public Investment Fund, the sovereign fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a number of other institutions interested in supporting housing finance in the Kingdom.
Among the most prominent shareholders of the company are Rashid Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed and Sons, the Arab Investment Company, Al-Othaim Holding, Manafea International, Al-Khuraiji Investment Company, Manafea Holding Company and Jawaher Investment Company.
