The customer has the right to exchange once 4- If the product is defective or wrong, the Aoun Oud store shall bear the full costs of shipping and return. 5- After the policy is issued by the Aoun Oud store ... the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company registered in the policy (SMSA). 6- The amount paid in the cash on delivery fee will not be refunded to the customer 7- In the international exchange or return, the customer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. 8- In the case of replacement or return within Riyadh, the customer bears the delivery fee of 31 riyals. 9- In the case of replacement or return outside Riyadh, the customer bears the delivery fee of 53 riyals. Replacement Mechanism | Retrieval: 1- The application is submitted from the (Manage Applications) page. 2- The product to be exchanged or returned must be carefully selected (for any modification in the order, contact customer service) 3- Determining the reason for each piece and the rest of the data (when receiving a defective or error request, photographs must be submitted showing the defects or error). 4- After completing the submission, you must wait for the policy to deliver the return (the policy is sent as a text message during the application processing period mentioned above). 5- Upon receipt of the return policy, the submitted products must be delivered to the shipping company (the policy is valid for two working days). In case of return: 1- Amounts paid in cash will be delivered upon receipt of the return order inside Riyadh or transferred to the customer's account. 2- Amounts paid via mada, credit card or APPL PAY will be deposited within 3-15 working days of making the return request after receiving the request. 3- Amounts transferred to the institution’s bank account and paid in cash to the SMSA shipping company will be deposited within 3-7 working days from the date of receiving the shipment from the customer
