Return and Exchange Policy

We handle all orders and issues with care and attention, and we would like to share our policies and terms governing our purchase, maintenance, and return processes:

1. Order Cancellation: Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time before the delivery and installation process is completed. We kindly request customers to contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.

2. Product Maintenance: We offer product maintenance during the warranty period. Customers can contact our maintenance team for assistance.

3. Product Exchange or Return: If there is a problem that cannot be resolved by our maintenance team, customers have the right to request an exchange or return of the product. We will handle these cases carefully in accordance with the applicable policies.

4. Refund Process: If a refund is accepted, it will be returned to the customer's bank account within 12 business days.

5. Filter Costs: The cost of filters from desalination devices and filtered water coolers is deducted as a refundable amount.

6. Warranty: Our desalination devices come with a 2-year warranty covering electrical components and free service for two years, including labor charges.

7. Periodic Maintenance: We recommend that customers adhere to a regular maintenance schedule, which includes changing the three-filter set every 3 to 6 months (at a cost of 90 Saudi Riyals), changing the fifth stage annually (at a cost of 80 Saudi Riyals), changing the fourth stage every 2.5 years (at a cost of 190 Saudi Riyals), and changing the sixth stage every 1.5 years (at a cost of 80 Saudi Riyals), as well as changing the seventh stage every 2 years (at a cost of 90 Saudi Riyals).

8. Precautions: Electrical components should not be exposed to water, damage, or direct weather conditions, and they should not be modified or maintained by another company.

9. Voided Warranty: If any of the above-mentioned conditions are violated, the warranty is considered void.
